Red Masoor

Red Masoor (also known as “red lentils”) is a small, reddish-orange legume. Red Masoor is great source of plant-based protein, dietary fiber, and a variety of vitamins and minerals such as folate, manganese and iron. They are often used in dishes such as dals, soups and curries. They cook quickly and have a creamy, smooth texture.
